Hip Toss
 
 

From pummel position (each wrestler has an over hook and an under hook)
1. Grab opponent’s tricep with your left hand.
2. Bring your right hand around his head and step with you right foot to your opponents right foot. Your big toe should be toe to toe with you opponents.
3. Pivot on your right foot while twisting your hips to the right. Bring your left foot parallel to your right foot
4. Continue to twist your hips until your left hip is on your opponent’s right hip
5. Lift your opponent off the mat while driving your right knee into the mat.
6. Continue to roll onto your right hip and scissors your legs with the right foot forward.
7. Lift the head and squeeze.
